Breast Lifting Exercises
1- Hold a scarf or cloth vertically with both hands. The position of your one hand should be near the head and the other hand near the stomach. Now pull the cloth with both hands with strength. From the bottom to the bottom and from the top to the top. Due to this you will feel tension on the breast.
2- By doing push-up exercise, you can make your breast back shapely (Breast Lifting Exercises). For this, lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat. Now keep the hands a little wider than the shoulders and keep the feet on the toes. Now bend the elbow and come down close to the ground. Now with the help of hands, do push-up exercise by moving the torso up and down.
3- By doing Ustrasana, all the muscles of your chest are a stretch. For this, get down on your knees. Then while bending back and hold the ankles with the hands. Now lift the chest up and straighten it. This is a very effective exercise. Keep in mind that if you are going through the problem of back pain, then do not do this exercise.
4- Plank exercise, it may seem a little difficult in the beginning, but once you practice it, then nothing is better than this. To do the plank exercise, lie down on your stomach. Now keep the feet on the toes and with fists, keep them on the ground and come on the elbows. You have to stay in this position for 30 seconds. After practice, you can increase this duration to 1 minute. It works by reducing breast fat, making them shapely and reducing the stomach. (Breast Lifting Exercises)
