Creamy Broccoli Soup Recipe
Like broccoli vegetable and salad, its soup is also very tasty. Its taste will remain on your tongue for many days. This soup can be prepared very easily in less time. So let’s know about the recipe of Creamy Broccoli Soup.
– 3 tbsp salt-free butter
– 1/2 small onion finely chopped
– 1/4 cup flour
– 1 cup cream
– 3 vegetable juices
– A pinch of nutmeg
– 2 bay leaves
– Salt and pepper as per taste
– 2 carrots grated
– 3 cups broccoli
– 8 cheeses cut into cubes.
How to Make Broccoli Creamy Soup Recipe
Step 1 – First of all, heat a pan on medium flame and melt the butter in it. Then cook the onion in it till it becomes transparent. Keep stirring in between.
Step 2 – After this, remove the onion from the flame and keep it on the other side. In a large pot over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cream and flour.
Step 3 – Keep stirring occasionally till the mixture becomes smooth. Then add vegetable juice to it. Once again keep stirring to make the mixture smooth.
Step 4 – Now add nutmeg, bay leaf, salt and chilli to it and let the mixture cook on low flame for about 20 minutes without covering it.
Step 5 – Mix the fried onions, broccoli, carrots and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
Step 6 – Now add cheese to it and leave it to melt completely. If needed more vegetable juice can be added.
Step 7 – Just take Creamy Broccoli Soup is ready. Serve it hot by adding green coriander leaves or 1-2 pieces of fried broccoli on top.
