Do You want it –
- Spinach – 300 grams
- Wheat flour coarsely ground – 100 grams
- Semolina – 3 tbsp
- Besan – 2 tbsp
- Sour curd – 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Green chili finely chopped – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped onion – 1
- Turmeric Powder – tsp
- Ajwain – 1 tsp
- oil for frying
How to make Spinach Roll
Step 1 – First, chop the spinach. Wash the spinach thoroughly and keep it aside in a sieve.
Step 2 – Now take wheat flour in a bowl. Add semolina and gram flour to it and mix. Then add carom seeds, turmeric powder, finely chopped green chilies.
Step 3 – Then add curd, salt as per taste and some water and knead the dough. Keep the dough aside to rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4 – Add finely chopped onion and spinach to it and mix it well. Then make a uniform roll from the dough.
Step 5 – Heat oil in a pan and then put the rolls in it. Shallow fry the rolls and take them out and let them cool
Step 6 – Fry the rolls again to make them crunchy.
Step 7 – Now serve these hot rolls with mayonnaise, sauce or green chutney.
