Try This Double Protein Recipe for Weight Loss

In such a situation, nutritionist Rekha Thakur Mhatre has shared a very tasty and no oil double protein recipe on her social handle, which will help people trying to lose weight along with fulfilling the need of protein.


Try This Recipe for Weight Loss at home

First of all take all these ingredients-


Two and a half cups of water

1 onion


1 tomato

3 garlic


Red chili as per taste

1 inch ginger

1 cup Soya Badi

1 cup sprouted moong

12 to 15 curry leaves

2 black pepper

1 clove

1 piece of cinnamon


1. Take water in a saucepan and put all the ingredients in it.

2. Cover it and cook it on medium flame.

3. Once done, take out the onion, garlic, tomato, ginger and chilli separately and grind them.

4. Mix this paste in soya and moong.

5. Sprinkle salt and let it boil for 5 minutes. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
