5 Eye Exercises to Improve Eyesight

Eye exercises, or exercises, give relief to the eyes, that too when your eyes get troubled by work. Although there is no scientific evidence that eye exercises or exercises can correct the number of glasses. Changes in the power of glasses occur when the shape of the eyeball changes, the length of the eye, and the cornea changes. All these psychological changes can be prevented with the help of exercise. Wink up

Blinking is a kind of reflex function. It does not enhance eyesight, but improves the quality of the tear film, which improves illumination. Continuous staring at the screen causes the tear film to dry out, leading to blurriness or poor visibility. Blinking spreads the tear film, which leads to re-lubrication of the eye. This not only gives relief to the eyes, but also relieves fatigue and stress.

This is a very easy exercise to reduce the stress on the eyes for a long time. Blink your eyelids every four seconds for at least two minutes and then close your eyes rapidly. Open your eyes after a few seconds. You will feel relaxed. This process should be done several times a day to see good results.
