  • Cup rajma
  • A finely chopped onion

  • Salt

  • Soak the rajma overnight.
  • Put oil in the cooker.
  • Cook the onion when the oil is hot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • Finely chopped halved cucumber
  • 1 finely chopped tomato

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped broccoli
  • Chopped 3-4 green chilies
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Finely chopped coriander

  • Put boiled chickpeas in a bowl.
  • Add all the vegetables to it.
  • Add salt, chilli and lemon juice to it.
  • Add coriander for garnishing.
  • Kabuli Chana Chaat is ready.
