- 1 cup paneer
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup pitted dates
Kalakand Recipe
1. First of all, blend cottage cheese, milk and dates in a blender and make a paste out of it.
2. Now put this paste in a thick surface pan on medium heat and cook for at least 15 minutes so that this mixture becomes solid and it starts moving away from sticking to the pan.
3. Now pour this mixture in a baking tray and flatten it. Keep this tray in the fridge and let it cool down.
4. Once the kalakand cools down, take it out of the fridge and cut into desired shapes and enjoy and enjoy Holi 2023 with your family and friends with guilt free sweets.
