1. Understand the skin
First of all, understand the needs of your skin and use the same kind of product which fulfills these needs of the skin.
2. Skin Care with Serum
Kiara regularly includes serum in her skincare. Kiara has said in her interview, the first thing I do is to cleanse my skin after which I apply face serum. The actress advises choosing a serum that hydrates the skin as much as possible. Serums are non-sticky and hence give an instant glow, better texture and even tone to the skin.
3. Workout Routine
Workouts release endorphins, the hormones that make the skin glow, and this has a positive effect on the skin. Therefore, make such a routine that will help your skin as well. Kiara recommends active workouts for 4 to 5 days for this.
4. Start the Day with Nutrients
Kiara Advani (Skin care) starts her day with lukewarm water and lemon and this mixture helps a lot in keeping the metabolism running smoothly. After this, the actress eats home-cooked food for lunch, which includes roti and spinach, pumpkin and sprouts cooked in very little salt and oil. The actress believes that the more healthy food you eat, the finer your skin becomes.
