First Exercise
- To do this, stand up straight.
- Open your feet slightly more than shoulder width.
- Then move your hands from above the shoulders towards the head.
- Keep your hands together.
- After this bring the hands down.
- Now cross the hands between the legs.
- Do this several times.
Second Exercise
- Stand with your feet slightly apart.
- Then bend the knees slightly and bring the body down.
- Keep the hands together behind the head.
- Then, bending the left elbow down, touch the knee of the left leg.
- Then do the same on the right side.
- Do this exercise several times on both sides.
Third Exercise
- Stand up straight.
- Balance by keeping the feet outside.
- Then bend your knees slightly and come down.
- Extend your arms in front of you.
- Then go straight up.
- Then bend your knees slightly and come down.
- Now move the hands on both sides of the body and stretch.
- Do this exercise several times.
