Often when rice is cooked, a small amount of rice is left, which is then stored in the refrigerator and waited for when we will be eaten. However, people never seem to understand what to eat these leftover rice with and that is why we are here to bring you 4 quick, easy fried rice recipes that will make your taste buds very happy.
Schezwan Fried Rice RecipesÂ
Material:
- 1/2 tbsp ginger
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- salt to taste
- chopped vegetables
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- Raw onion
Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan and then add ginger and garlic to it.
- Now add chopped onion to it and cook till it becomes light brown.
- Now add red chili paste, schezwan sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
- After everything is mixed, add chopped vegetables.
- Sauté everything well and then add the remaining rice.
- Cook rice well with vegetables.
- Mix it well and serve with spring onions.
Egg Fried Rice
Material:
- 1/2 tbsp ginger
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- Salt to taste
- Chopped vegetables
Recipe
- Put oil, ginger and garlic in a hot pot.
- Now add spring onion and cook it.
- Now add chopped vegetables and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
- Now add 2 eggs to it and mix them with the vegetables.
- Now add soy sauce to it and mix it well.
- Now add rice to it and mix it well.
- Serve it hot.
Garlic Fried Rice
Material:
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- Chopped vegetables
- 1.5 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Recipe
- Put oil in the pan and heat it.
- Now add garlic to it and let it cook till it turns brown. Take out some of it for garnishing at the end.
- Now add spring onion and vegetables to it.
- Cook them on low flame and then add salt.
- Now add soy sauce, red chili powder and black pepper to it.
- Mix everything and add rice and mix well.
- Your Garlic Rice is ready and you can serve it hot.
Non Spicy Fried Rice
Material:
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- chopped vegetables
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now add ginger, garlic, red onion, spring onion to it. Saute till the onion turns light brown.
- Now put vegetables in it and add salt.
- Once your vegetables are cooked, add black pepper and red chili.
- Now add rice and mix well.
- Serve hot.
