How Much is it Safe to Drink
According to Bhuvan Rastogi, it is safe to consume 1 to 5 grams of liquorice every day. The nutritionist has also told that he is using as much liquorice as he has shown in the video in 2 big cups of tea.
Although the nutritionist in his post has advised people to use natural liquorice powder and also told that patients who are taking medicine for heart problems should not use liquorice.
