  • 3/4 cup wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup maida
  • 1 table spoon ghee

  • 3/4 cup jaggery (grated)
  • 1 table spoon ghee
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup lost
  • 1/2 cup semolina (roasted)
  • 1/4 cup almonds (roasted and crushed)
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts (roasted and crushed)
  • Water
  • 10- 15 almonds (roasted and chopped)
Method-

1. First of all, add ghee to Gujia flour and mix well. Then add some water and knead it.

3. Now take small dough from the dough, keep the small puri belle and keep the stuffing in the middle. Picking the puri from one side and covering the stuffing and twisted it in half. Now lock the edges from the fork. For this, you can also use the cam and bend by giving a design by hand.

4. Deep fry it in a pan. At this step you can also bake Gujia in the microwave. When light golden is light, take out the flame and decorate it in a plate to serve with chocolate syrup.

Material-
  • 60 grams maida
  • 1 tsp coco powder
  • 2 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 20 grams of semolina
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon choco chips
  • 2 drop chocolate essence
  • Rabri as per taste
  • Oil to deep fry
Method-

1. First of all, add flour, cocoa powder, semolina, sugar, cardamom and add milk and prepare a fluffy batter. Add chocolate essence to it. It may take a little more milk to make the batter. If you want, you can also add chocolate paste to this step.

2. Now fry it in a small pancake shape on medium flame.

3. Now place it on the plate and spread chocolate syrup on top. You can serve it to children like this and if they like rabri, first decorate with rabri and chocolate syrup. Put a few chocolate chips on top and serve.
