Step 1 – First of all wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely.
Step 2 – Heat oil in a pan and increase the flame of the gas and cook it by adding finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chilies.
Step 3 – Now put all the vegetables in the pan and mix well and cook for three to four minutes.
Step 4 – Now add red chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar on top and mix it well.
