Step 3 – Heat desi ghee in a pan, add half a teaspoon cumin and garlic-ginger paste and fry till the aroma comes. Now add onion paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4 – Now add tomato paste to this mixture and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. After this add salt, red chili powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
