  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Cold water – 4 cups
  • Ice cubes

How to Make Bel Sharbat

To make Bel Sharbat, first take the vine and break it and take out its entire pulp in a vessel. After this, mix cold water in the vessel containing the pulp and keep it aside for about 1 hour. After the stipulated time, lift the vessel and mash the pulp present in it well with water by hand or with the help of a masher. Mashing the vine will remove its fibers and seeds.

After this take a sieve and filter the juice of the vine in a vessel. Now add sugar according to taste in the sifted sharbat and mix it well. After this put ice cubes in it and leave it for 1-2 minutes. Your delicious Bel Sharbat is ready. Before serving, take it out in a glass and if desired, add one or two more ice cubes on top and serve cold.

Second way to Make Bel Sharbat


  • Bel fruit – 2
  • Sugar – 4-5 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
  • Black salt – 1 tsp

How to Make Bel Sharbat

First wash the vine and cut it and take out the pulp. Now in a pan add twice the water to the pulp and mash it well. Knead so that all the pulp and water become one. Sieve this mashed pulp in a sieve with thick holes, squeeze out all the juice by pressing it with a spoon. Add sugar to the extracted juice. When the sugar dissolves well, add salt and roasted cumin seeds to it. Now add cold water or ice cubes. Your bel sherbet is ready.
